Payment Options

We accept MasterCard and VISA as well as PayPal. Our shopping cart is processed by Paypal but you do not need to be a Paypal user or open a PayPal account to purchase items with your credit card.  Credit Card charges will appear as "Pearl Beach Designs".

We also accept personal checks and money orders.  If you are interested in paying with a personal check or money order just send us an email at Service@PearlBeachDesigns.com and we will email you an order form and mailing instructions.  Orders paid by personal check will be shipped once the check has cleared the bank.  

Shipping

We ship all our packages via USPS First Class or Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.  We do not ship to post office boxes or outside of the United States and Canada.  Next day service is available for an extra charge.  Orders are generally processed for shipment within 2 to 3 days after they are placed.  If an item cannot be shipped within in this time, you will receive an email letting you know when it can be expected. 

We base our shipping charges on the total cost of your order as outlined in the chart below.  If your order is more than $100 we are happy to ship it to you at no charge.

Return/Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase.  If you are not pleased with the product, or there is a problem with materials or workmanship, you may return the item for an exchange or refund.  Shipping charges are not refundable.  Items must be returned to Pearl Beach Designs within 15 business days in new condition and with the original packaging.  If you want to return an item, please email us at Service@PearlBeachDesigns.com to receive the special return mailing address. You are responsible for return postage. We recommend that you insure the returned item and send it with delivery confirmation.  Special orders can not be returned. 

Product Descriptions

All of the items shown are handmade and one of a kind or limited editions.  Each of the stones we use is unique and so could contain variations. We try to represent each piece offered in a precise manner but due to differences in computer systems and monitors colors may vary slightly.  We will email you if the stones for your item vary from the picture so that you can make a better decision.

Repairs

If in the course of wearing an item it becomes damaged it can be returned for repair for a small fee. 

Sales Tax

We collect 6% sales tax for merchandise sold to Michigan residents.

Retailers / Wholesale

Privacy Statement

We neither sell nor share your information with outside companies or third parties. We will use your email address only in reference to your internet order, or notifying you of special sales.
